Can't I know it all yet, or at least something...

A common thought that has been passing through my mind periodically throughout this trip has been that I am young and unaware. I so desperately yearn for the wisdom and the understanding that radiates from the brilliant instructors that we are all able to study under. We are amongst individuals whom have dedicated their lives to their craft, to exactitude and to a lifestyle filled with joy and passion. Beyond this, each and every one of them have the willingness and the talent to educate and share the experiences that have lead them to where they are. I admit that I am envious of their knowledge and desire to have all of it now; I am tired of fighting the uphill battle and studying only to feel that the more I learn the less I know. On that note, I recently read a book (The Alchemist –thx Julie!) and without spoiling the conclusion of the story, I will reveal that I learned from the story that life is not about reaching your destination and fulfilling your Personal Legend but rather it is about the seeking the dream - life is truly generous to those that pursue their purpose and the true treasure comes from the expedition. So, I will stifle my eagerness to know it all and take this journey step by step – I am a little anxious but I know that it is well worth the patience. I have already learned here more than I could have imagined in my dreams and I wish all that I know the same experiences in their lives – all one needs to do is listen intently to their heart and take that first step forward - “what is written” will handle the rest.
