Field day – an overwhelming amount to absorb
Everything in the life experience is governed by the law of nature with the foundation that all things exist in states of rest and of activity. For example, when one is walking the forward foot is in motion with the intent to move ahead and the back foot in planted strong on the ground, resting in anticipation for its future activity. Such is everything in nature – we must realize that all things cycle through states of action and restoration – a fine balance of crescendo and decrescendo that is essential for vitality. As important as action is in achieving goals and fulfilling dreams, rest is likewise because it provides recuperation and rejuvenation that are so imperative to provide the vigor for tasks ahead.
This understanding can be applied across the board. Be mindful of the state that you’re being currently resides in; abide by this and when it comes time rest up and prepare for there will be much ahead soon.
