Put it in my pocket

Another day at another waterfall, yet I am still awestruck. I would like to take this day and put it in my pocket where it may be kept safe and easily accessed at any given time and in any given place when I am feeling that I am in need of a little inspiration.

Being surrounded by so much natural beauty has an unforeseen way of allowing the mind to be still and in this stillness, I am able to guiltlessly take a little “me time”. I remind myself to take the time it takes to heal giving the gift of slowing down and feeding the spirit. We are cumulative beings, each action contributing to the whole and it becomes necessary to take time to place all the pieces in order. When we are nourished, we are capable of appreciating wonder that surrounds us. I am happy to say that at this moment I feel incredibly nourished and have been open to the subtle whispers from around me that are suggesting I am in the right direction.

Some of us have inclinations that we have no words for – desires and understanding that are inexplicable and these are our gifts to share to the world. Touching these ideas and becoming in tune with ourselves is our true journey.
